Joe heard the gospel from a friend during his freshman year at Virginia Tech. Later that year, he responded to the good news by surrendering his life to Jesus at a winter retreat. Joe has attended ECBC since 1985 and currently serves in several areas, including on the Missions Committee and the Campus Outreach Board. In his free time, he enjoys being with his grandchildren, hiking, and traveling with his wife, Julie.
