Raised Catholic, Bill Watson initially believed that following religious rules was enough and saw God only as a distant creator. When his wife urged him to come to a Wednesday night dinner at church, he felt a welcome environment like he’d never felt before, drawing him into the church where he met individuals who helped to share the gospel with him. Through mentorship and conversations with Pastor Marshall Blalock, he came to understand his need for a savior.
